Another Chicagoland Audi Dealer Non Chalant about losing business:
That is nuts...just nuts. I am glad all worked out for you in the end. We have done some business with Continental and it was good. I will be working in Chicago this summer...you ever have any gtg? I will be bring my Cayman S....
Print these replies out and walk into the dealership on a busy day. With a lot of future customers around you, throw the stack of papers in the air so that people can easily pick one up to see what it is. Now kindly walk out of the dealership.
you want to talk about rude and bad audi service go to audi of bernardsville here in NJ. they hire incredibly rude sales and service people, and even when you complain they don't give a damn. I'll never buy another audi because of these guys.
impressive new rides for sure. your neighbors must gawk at seeing such a 'snowmobile' in the driveway at this time of year.
edit: the tales of such service is certainly always disconcerting to hear about. good you found a dealer though that was willing to give you the proper service and relationship you were looking for.

I find it incomprehensible that you were getting such replies from a salesman/dealership you've purchased from on multiple occasions. Sad, if the dealership had any sort of self preservation they would fire the SOB.
It's unbelievable that they don't even give you a good deal, in return for your continued loyalty to the dealer. I know that I will never step foot in that dealer. It amazes me that the place is still in business.
Congrats on the new S8 and the Murci.
I love that color on the Murci, it looks awesome, especially when the sun hits it.

Very nice cars indeed, congrats end enjoy...
some here suggested a type of revenge, involving papers flying inside the dealer or calling AoA... I personally don't recommend that at all...
Calling AoA would do absolutely no good as AoA would stand behind a dealer selling at MSRP, whats wrong with selling at MSRP I may ask?
Now as for general business, these guys didn't step up to the plate when it came to your deal, and sooner than later they will suffer with such attitude.
The best thing you can and actually did is post it here so we now where to and not to go.
