Going, going and gone
Going, going and gone
Well the day came. I am still sad about this morning, watching this car go off after putting so much of myself into it.
Nobody wants to recognize what the car has and the care and quality that was taken in developing the car.
Everything has its day and this one came. A few pics of the moment.

As you can imagine I took a bath but that is the nature of cars and our screwed up economics.
I hope the new owner will care for it in the same way as I.
Cheers to all,

Sorry to hear that but nothing a nice drive in the GT3RS wouldn't help to forget I think, I have had a lot of cars and of course I miss my Z06 but the only car I ever today regret selling is my 1962 Chevy II Stationwagon. I have an Audi S5 on order now to replace a 05 GTO. the GTO is nice and fast but I do not think I will miss it when the S5 gets here.

The RS4 will be local but I hope I never see it again.
I never said anyone stole the car.
There are potential future projects coming up and the forced induction for the M5 is also coming soon. An E60 M5 with 600 rwhp will be tough to beat. The RS4 had to go for the new projects. I want to be the first E60 M5 to run a 10 sec. 1/4 mile pass.
Yes you are right, driving the GT3 does allow me to over-look the RS4.
The GT3RS is never driven. That car is unfortunately a collector item and sits there in a plastic bubble. For what I have no idea. Probably so the future buyer gets a perfect gem.
I really love the RS4 but it was time to move on to future projects.
