Poll: C6 S6 or B7 RS4?

Both the S6 and RS4, 07 w/ >20K, are within my price range.

Which would you choose and why?

RS4 because it is a better performance car and just as easy to live with every day.

back seats in the rs4 are on the smaller side but doable for kids, s6 is a much bigger car. for me the rs4 would be a better fit.
