Well I just got her the other day. 2009, Tuscan Brown Interior. WOW is all I can say. What a great machine. It handles unreal and the comfort is amazing. I am using it as my daily driver and I have put on 300 miles so far. She handles friggin turns unreal.

People keep asking me what I think about it and the best I can do is, it is a perfect blend of my Bentley GT and my 996 Turbo.

It has all the comfort and smoothness of the Bentley and enough power( as it lays now before the modding begins, LOL ) and handeling of the Porsche. I can honestly say that I have a smile on my face when I done driving to work, that make's it all worthwhile right there.

I bought the car from a company in Florida called Platinum Leasing, in Winter Springs amazing guys to deal with. I dealt with Derek Rogers and he was great. He got me a great deal and I had the car delievered in an enclosed trailer a few days later, these guys are no joke!! Great guys to deal with, real good prices and extremely honest.

I plan to mod the car slowly as I have all my other cars modded. But I will first Clear bra the car, Tint the Windows and get some HRE wheels. Then we will go from there.

Anyway took some quick snap shots and will get more in a few weeks.

Another great thing about the R8 is,that it is rarely seen - even in munich where you can see a 997TT or a RS6 or what-ever around every corner...

The Audi is underrated. Sure it's a tad heavy and underpowered. But the engine is so smooth, the car so balanced, the traction so.. abundant.. and the c0ckpit so relaxing. Plus it looks way nicer and more proportionate in person.

I can't wait for the V12 TDI.
