That car is interesting to say the least, not a great replica by any means but also not terrible although I'm not saying that I would drive it. But the one part that looks most realistic is the "R8" on the steering wheel, is that an OEM wheel they bought? Haha
And the wheelbase needs to be stretched

the reason for the cabin too far forward debate is because the R8 is midengined...and the replica is not.
I mean obviously the hood will be the larger on the car with an engine there...

With the cost and value of skilled labor, I am always baffled that anyone would build a replica. By the time you're done, you could have paid for the real thing. Instead, you are left with a poseur, sans performance and resale value. It's amazing how little value some people place on their own time.

I think it's pretty cool. Job well done. The steering wheel looks weird though. Maybe the guy did all the work himself and really only paid for parts. I have to believe that no one would invest that kind of money into a project like this.
