I am thinking the same thing...Milltek has an exhaust for it, but I think I am going to wait and see what Tubi has in store.

There is vid of the PPI exhaust on R8Talk.

It is very clever, as the exhaust is quite in non sport mode ... but very loud in sport. It is all down to where they have put the valve.

Worth a look

PPI exhaust sounds like top of the line. But cost $8K while Miltek cost $3K. Kreiseig and MTM also makes them as well.

Capristo Exhaust for R8

Haven't heard this one in person, but I've got a Capristo Exhaust for my Cayman S and it sounds great. Super quite when the valves are closed, but sounds amazing once the valves open. Also comes with a key fob remote so you can leave the valves fully open if you want.

In my vids, the exhaust was installed incorrectly initially, hence why it hangs so low, problem has since been corrected.

The Milltek sounds great, and the price is right.
Not terribly loud, yet not super quiet. I am dissappointed that they didn't include any exhaust tips. I re-used the factory tips, because supposedly Milltek started melting the rear bumper with their upgraded tips.

For me, its a bit too quiet, so I will be bypassing the pre-cats in hopes for a bit louder tone.

Capristo has always been my favorite on Fcars. Anyone knows how much their system cost for the R8?

Contact Nick at Forza Ferrari, they are located in Washington and are the U.S Distributor for Capristo Systems.

No just thinking about its exhaust only.
