$1700?

i am in at about $1100 including taxes with no out of pocket besides first and last months payment....it is actually an open end lease - unlimited miles - i can hold onto it for up to 5 years - or trade it in any time i want....

you get a much better dea lfrom a third party leasing company than you do from Audi....

When they first came out the Audi dealer was complaining to me about how poor the lease rates were. He said BMW, for example, has its own in house financing division that helps subsidize the deal to make payments lower. They dont mind eating the cost because it moves more units and the resale value is pretty good. (I know thats not a technical answer, but its something like that).

Payments seems around $1k no matter how ya slice it; seems it makes more sense to buy the sucker than to lease. Im saving my pennies now for the s/c V6 S5.

Nothing new with Audi leases. Their residuals have never been competitive especially with their performance, (S/R) models.
