We recently received word from StopTech that they have BBKs available for the A5 and B8 A4 as we speak:


B8 A4 355x32mm/6-piston (click for more info/price)

Both kits will come standard with slotted rotors (cross drilled $100 extra), and a black, silver, or red finish. Custom colors run $200 extra, but are not recommended if you will be using the car on the track due to possible changes from the heat.

I know this is primarily an S-car forum, but we figured some of you guys might be driving the B8s and A5s as well. Let me know if you have any questions.

 

Have they or anyone else figured out a kit that works with the rear e-brake?

At the moment, StopTech does not have a rear kit for the A5 or B8 A4. We will post up when we hear something, however.

 

There have been rumors floating around of people taking the B5 S4 adapter kit from Stop Tech and modifying it to make it work but neither stop tech or GMP has tried to do it.
