What is a R4T

I went to get dinner with my gf tonight and saw a Audi R4T, does anyone know what the R4T model is?

It was an A4 body with R4T badge, thought it was a S4 but wasn't.

Beats me, maybe he thought RS4 was R4T and built the wrong badge or something ha ha

RT4 is one way Audi used to describe the 4 cylinder turbo.
