RS5 Build Thread
Hello all. Recently picked up a black RS5 a couple weeks ago. Went into the shop last week to have some paint work, middle resonator delete, coilovers and have new wheels put on.
The paint was in terrible condition. Did one pass with Meg's 101 + Menz FG400 to start the correction.
Wheels arrived. HRE P101's 20x10 et 28
Bits and wheels dropped off at Luftkraft Fabrication
Brakes gutted and prepped for paint
Opted to go with an olive drab with blue accents
HRE logos powder coated
Tested a different variance with the color, sticking with the olive drab.
Logo inlay on the barrel
Calipers, front rings, hats painted up. RS logos being laid down tomorrow.
