Good point; I believe peak torque on the 2.7TT S4 is available @1,450rpm. No surprise considering 2.7-liters and small K03s.

 

The 2.7T has TWIN (bi) turbo chargers. Stock Power is 260-265 HP and 307 Torque. The torque, like all VW/Audi turbos comes on early at 1850 and STAYS FLAT through 4500-5000 RPM but the pull and HP will take you to the limiter at 7000.

This engine with stock hardware is capable of soo much more, just like the 1.8T, it is tuned down by Audi for everyday drivers and every day situations.

I have an Allroad.. 2.7T with a 6 speed amanual. It is also Chipped by APR...My specs are: 318 HP and 380 Tq (at the crankshaft)

THis is nothing....bigger turbos, exhaust, intake a few thosand and it's not uncommon to be running 330+ at the wheels ins any variety of the 2.7T engine (S4, A6/S6 and allroad) too bad its discontinued after 05.
