does it handle better than regular RS4 or something?

 

Dunno why. But I have always liked the avant over the sedan. Always.

What do we have to send to who to get that over here?

By normal do you mean RS4 compared to the RS4 Avant? They feel very similar in terms of driving characteristics. I bet if you looked at the specs they would probably be close too. You do feel more weight, but all of the new Audi’s have very light sporty steering and hide the fact that they are getting close to 4000 lbs very well. If you stay away from the larger 6 you can get back a real gearbox. The new 4’s have a lot of pop coming from the 5v 4.2, I’ve heard that the 6’s v10 is pretty amazing too. My favorite engine from a driving, and mechanic’s perspective is the older 4v 4.2. That’s whats waiting to get transplanted into my older Audi. All the 99-current cars are very stiff and have dampening you will either love or hate. In my area we have the both versions of the RS4 and RS6. Dont know how they got here but there out and about.

 

I sure hope they bring the Avant to the States.

 

Avant for the RS 4, we will never see it.
