40k is the right price for those low miles. They usually shift hands at around 20-23k EUR in Germany but with a boat load of mileage on them (+90k).

I am actually 20 miles south of capecoral if anyone wants me to check it out..

I drove a silver one a few months back... i think that one was for sale as well...
