RS4 Rear Valance

Does anyone know if the B7 RS4 rear valance will fit a B7 S4? I would like to change the exhaust on my S4 and use the larger single oval tips like an RS4.
I'm not a big fan of the small dual tips on the S4.

I think its a bit wider

The RS4 is much wider.

I should have been more specific in my initial question. You guys are correct the entire rear of the RS4 is wider. But what about just the center gray area that the exhaust pipes come through?
