checked EBAY and didn't find any replica TA kits, but did find this listing
EUROREV

Sound like the real thing though for $10K!

kevlar is slightly strong than fiberglass, but wouldn't make any difference with the heavy forces of the car.
as for the fit of the bumper it is almost exact, but requires more prep time for the body guy. the abs plastic pieces are the biggest issue, like the top grill, it is fiberglass, not plastic like the original. i think for the price and compared to the other fiberglass junk out there it's pretty good. i have the original techart type 2 and it still is junk, just like how it looks so much. call Dan at Speed Gallery (818) 766-2321 maybe he can shoot you over some photo's of the knockoff. btw if you do buy the knockoff there are 2 different manufacturers of it get the one Dan can get, it's much better.

eride996: thanks for the 411. just spoke to Dan and I got a figure of $2500 for the front end fitted or $2200 the way he gets it from his dealer. also quoted me $1500 for the sideskirts.

also called NR Auto and got a quote $500 less, but not too sure yet if I really want to go with the replicas.

thanks for the input. if anyone has installed the replcias please let me know how much of a pain it was.

1500 for knockoff skirts is too much IMO as the real ones cost only 100or 200 more....

I got a quote from eurorev, $2700 for bumper $500 for the sides..
I'm ordering the bumper tomorrow, from either Dan at speed gallery or straight from NRauto...

Hopefully it goes well, going to take the chance with the replica.....

joe,
i think 1500 is the preped and painted price for the side skirt for a NA car. take in mind the the real ones are made to fit turbo rockers. i believe they are around 850 unpainted.

habitat and c4sxm5,
like i said their are 2 manufacturers of the knockoffs. a really good one and a really bad one. i will not point out the names of who has which one, but i'm sure you will figure that out. btw the poor quality one is really bad.
