either the techart II or the Techart II gts will work for my needs

peter,
the TA bumpers are not urethane, they are fiberglass, never the less they are a good deal...

Curves,

Then trust me - DON'T get the Techart front end. If your driveway is steep enough to scrape the stock front end your Techart front end will be toast. It sits lower and farther forward than the stock front end.

Just my $0.02; The polyurethane front-end may look good at first, but after awhile it starts drooping and bending, specially in LA weather (the heat really takes a toll on the polyurethane). IMO just go with the original TA front-end its a wise investment.

The techart frt bumper is like $4500 or $5000 does not sound good to pay that much and fix it everytime it cracks. Sounds like a bad investment....

Plus it probably chips everytime a little stone hits it.......

Well in that case its not such a wise investment....I was basing my statement on the overall look, rather than function.

when it comes to fiberglass someone good in LA can make it as good as someone in germany. not worth 4k for the real deal. think Dan at Speed Gallery has them for 2K. # 818-822-5246 he has a few cars there with them on and they look no different then the real deal.
