Thats a hell of a nice SUV for $40K..
FWIW, if might be helpful to add the miles to the verbiage - I saw it in the photo's, but not everyone might.
Great ad, great pics too - G/L w/ the sale.
ps.. o/t, but I absolutely love your 997TT - stunning colors/interior. Kudos.

Thanks for the compliments. I did not realize I missed the mileage so I edited the original ad. I appreciate the advice.
Spark - Nice ad, nice pics, and a nice car. I have a few questions, and hopefully they will benefit others.
Have you had anything that was replaced under warranty? When did you do the brakes (if at all), and what's the condition of the tires? What's the in-service date for the warranty (I know it's a 4 year/50K warranty and I'm trying to figure out which is likely to come first).
Thanks.

In Service/Purchase Date: 03/04/06
Repair/Warranty items:
- leaking coolant tank - replaced under warranty
- engine/transmission fault code - codes cleared, software updated, no further issues - warranty
- alignment done after tires were replaced - non-warranty
- front and rear brake pads were replaced at about 23,000 miles (the rotors were well within factory specs so I did pads only. I do have an extra set of factory front rotors that I purchased and would be happy to include) - non-warranty
The factory high performance summer tires were replaced at 6,000 miles with all-season tires in Fall 2006. I sold the factory tires on eBay. The current tires have about 5/32" tread on all four corners.
I also have the factory carpeted mats (never used) that I plan to include.
Nobody has asked yet, but vehicle is being sold because my wife is getting a Cayenne. The Cayenne arrives tomorrow so I am looking to move the Range Rover.
