He does have it detailed all the time, so may have just been from a recent wax job. I've seen the car in person and I can tell you there are no swirls in the paint/damage.

Uhhhh.....is their truly such a thing as a black car with NO swirl marks? Not in MY world....

 

Ok guys, thanks for the comments.

My point is that perhaps in the picture it looks like bad swirl marks as that's how it goes with digital photography, but as someone that has seen the car I can tell you that its in fantastic condition.
