2008 white gt3 rs 100 miles

Times and the economy are real tough.
As I've said before, I was planning to sell my orange/black GT3RS and after the crappy offers decided to keep it.
Your sounds like a very sweet RS especially in white.
Best of luck

If you can find an uninformed buyer it's in the ball park.

I dont think you need an uninformed buyer I think just the opposite you need an informed buyer that really likes the rs, wants a 2008 model and wants a new car as well as white. I had three cars all similar in options and miles and sold the orange for 155k (to a sales person at the porsche dealer for his father ) and the green for 170k both over the past 6 weeks. The green was a higher MSRP really loaded. There are plenty of RS cars that can be bought around 140k right now I dont debate that.

"Informed", by my definition, is education of economic conditions, not as to the merits of the RS.
For example, I know a buyer who purchased an 08 RS in March. It was a 491 mile car with CCB for $5.5K back of list. He offered seller cash and a no fuss deal. He was an informed buyer by your definition because he "really likes" the RS. He was also an informed buyer by my definition because he knows the economy has faltered and buyers are less.
Anyway, I hope you get your price. It's a fabulous car! White is a fantastic color too!
EDIT: And where else can you find a 100 mile, White, loaded RS? Thus, you may very well get that price because that's a rare car! The more I think of it, the more I would love to own that thing! Yikes, I think I'm talking myself out of my prior argument!

for the record I am not a dealer and not trying to talk anybody into thinking my car is a steal. All I meant by informed is that some people think becuase 1 rs traded for 135 that every rs is worth no more than 135 regardless of color miles yr etc. Or beucase 1 rs trades at 160 than every RS is now worth no less than 160. My car is not for everybody its for somebody looking for that specific car or a collector and for that person I think its a fair price becuase you wont find another one. If somebody just wants an RS to enjoy and put tons of miles on I would not try and talk you into spending 160.

These cars are not rare. Thats what i thought when i bought mine. When i went to sell it, it seem there was always 4-5 of them on Ebay. If you can get 160-170k for your RS while there are 10 for sale at any given time for less then i could have used that magic about a month ago when i sold mine!

Last year there may have been a few sub 500 mile RS(s) available but they are becoming rarer every day. This car is for a collector or for someone who wants a "new" RS and is willing to pay for it. There are buyers out there and sellers just need to be patient if they have the "right" car.
I like many others am on the fence awaiting the new 2nd generation 997 GT3/RS and the 430 replacement; and to see where Scuderia prices settle before making another purchase.
Every real buyer has a price where they will pull the trigger even in this economy.
