I just bought a Corvette, so I am selling my 2009 JCW Mini Cooper. Picking up the Vette this week, so this one needs to go ASAP. The car has only 9,400 miles and was bought in August 2008. I am open to offers, but this is the lowest priced JCW I have seen anywhere, so please do not lowball me. Asking $26,750.

Transmission: 6-speed manual (JCW's are not available with auto)

The car comes with a 3-year 36k mile warranty and free maintenance for the same time period. Most recent annual service was completed August 2009. No accidents, no dents, no dings, still looks like the day I drove it off the lot. I ordered the car myself and originally leased it from BMW Financial Services, but paid off the car as of 11/20/09 and I have the clear title in hand for a quick and smooth transaction. I have had many (25+) inquiries on the car through other sources, but have yet to receive a deposit from anybody. First come, first served.

How do minis handle in the snow? Was always curious about that.

 

I try not to drive in the snow since I work from home, but they should be fine with some winter tires. I still have the stock tires on them which are performance/summer tires. You could probably get better feedback from those with snow experience on the Mini NAM forum (www.northamericanmotoring.com).

 

MINI's handle extremely well on snow/ice as long as you have dedicated winter tires. I drive my wife's convertible in the snow/ice on dunlop runflat winterpsort 3D and have been very pleased. Let the winter handling not dissuade you from getting this very well priced, fast and most raucous MINI ever.
