Just have yours powdercoated. That's what I did. I think it was a dollar a lug. No air tools or loose fitting sockets after that though if you want to keep them in good shape.
As Rave said, just do the tops. Make sure they don't PC the threads, as you'll never get them theaded on again. MY guy just taped off the threads and PC'd the heads.
There is a company who makes black lug covers to fit over the stock lugs, they look great
