The car looks fantastic ! the new wheels ..humm..nah ! 
Tons of 997.2 gt3 for sale, I wonder if there was a 'fashionable effect' but it seems that they produced and sold too many gt3's in 2009 and 2010...
This one has the best color combo but I am afraid you might have to lower it further if you want to sell it.
I see a CPO 2007 GT3 in Dallas for 73k, i bet it cna be had for 69, may be 68k.
Did you try to bring it to the $tealer to see how much this would trade-in for ? My guess is that you might end up with more than selling it yourself.

There are only a few out there for less than this, you always get a few who need to sell quick. But this car has been perfectly maintained. Has perfect mods. There are very few to none Meteor Grey gt3's for sale.

This is a nice car and the price is great. $106k is a steal.
