Same color. Real true black would not look good. I just checked with my car and there is quite a bit of contrast between the leather and the Black plastic parts.

yea the grey and black are fairly close but definitely not the same. the black is not much darker then the natural grey. here is a pic of mine, which is full black leather. you can see there is not as much contrast between the leather and the PCM unit compared to the OP's car. sorry to jack this thread DD. i would buy yours also if i didnt have mine already. actually i considered buying when it was for sale last year at rays.
