Can anyone comment on the reliability of these cars? What are potential issues and known problems? I've searched far and wide, but have not come across any concrete information that is helfpul. Any advise is appreciated.

 

Are you sure this is a Jag/Ford engine??

I do not know of one that is a V6 twin turbo'ed??

I had a S-Type R and it was a S/C v8.

Yes it has a ford engine from a tarus actually and they add the turbos later on. I own a 2007 noble m400 and these cars are rock solid and scary fast. These are reliable cars I haven't had any problems with mine.

 

From what i read and i could be wrong. All the Nobles and Rossions are a Ford Mondeo motor which had the design help from porsche and tuned by cosworth... These motors are bullet proof and for the money, I think is one of the best super cars out there...

 

The engines are the 3.0 L Duratec block. They are a built motor. Built by AER in Texas. They change to Weisco forged pistons, Scat rods, new hardware, etc. Same block that is in the 3.0L Jag and other Ford cars.

The US engines are the 3.0 L Duratec block and can be built my different builders. I had mine built by Rousch.

For anyone unfamiliar with the Rossion, I can vouch for the performance and quality of the mark. It is, without doubt, the quickest/fastest/most nimble car you can buy for under $275K. Well finished, very well constructed, low maintenance and stunningly beautiful. I've had the chance to drive a few of these over the past two years and it is shockingly good. I am always surprised that they don't have a more visible standing in the supercar ranks. No 360/430/Gallardo/Exige/ZR1 can touch the car for acceleration at speed, balanced handling and near-violent braking. If you are interested in a mid-engine supercar that is in reasonable financial reach and will attract attention as being both beautiful and rare, read up on the car and take a close look.
I have no affiliation with this particular car or the seller, but am a big advocate of the mark. It's the hidden gem in the modern supercar and price/performance market.
