Up for sale is my 2011 Porsche 997.2 Turbo S. This car is an amazing piece of machinery. This is a private party sale so there is NO SALES TAX. The car is located here in Arizona with me and was originally a California car. No accidents, issues, or problems. Since we have a business that does performance work to Porsche cars, this car is and has been fully inspected and kept up to date with maintenance required. Clear title. The car still has its original warranty as it is covered to 36000 miles or 3 years. I am selling this car as we are going to be focusing on the new Porsche 991 platform. This is an incredible vehicle and worth every dollar and more! As this car represents our business, it is being sold in the highest regard even for those that want to buy it without seeing it. The car has 9600 miles on it at the time of this listing.

Coming from the factory with 530 horsepower, this nicely optioned 911 has everything you could want on the car. This is truly a SUPERCAR! As my 4th 911 and previously owning a 2007 825HP 997 Turbo, this 2011 does not disappoint in performance. The car comes with the 7speed PDK transmission. This transmission allows you to bang through the gears using the paddle shifters like an F1 car or simply put it in drive and cruise calmly on the highway or roads. The sport chrono option allows you to select between Sport and Sport Plus which changes the shifting performance and horsepower.

The car also includes the centerlock wheel setup like a GT2RS. Featuring 1 heavy duty center locking wheel nut, it is like you have a real race car. Also optioned are the PCCB carbon ceramic brakes You know a car has the ceramics when you see yellow calipers! The carbon brakes offer a huge improvement in stopping over the regular setup. Each rotor is substantially lighter then a standard steel unit. The material also helps in keeping the brakes cool and never giving brake fade. The ceramic brake upgrade alone I believe is about a $30,000 option. I never tracked this car and neither did the previous owner. So these brakes are in perfect shape.

Inside the car is a beautiful treatment of black leather with white accents and stitching. The dash board and door panels have the white stitching. The roof like all 911 Turbos is suede and features a sunroof. The other big option in this car is the factory Porsche GT2 carbon fiber seats. These are not replicas but the real thing optioned from the factory (over $8000 for the pair). The carbon seats are pretty comfortable and have manual adjustment to slide back and forth and a pull lever to access the rear seats. These seats feature the same black/white leather combination. The steering wheel has been upgraded from the factory sport wheel to a custom semi flat-bottom wheel by Agency Power. Giving the driver a more ergonomic driving position, the wheel features white stitching with preforated leather and an alcantara top. The inside of the car is flawless.

The 2011 has a very nice touch screen navigation unit that also is set up to work with an Apple device and bluetooth. There is an additional plug in for other MP3 players with an AUX in cable. This particular car has the upgraded front LED DRL driving lights by Agency Power as well.

Outside the car are some nice aero and aesthetic upgrades. The front of the car features the Agency Power carbon fiber lip spoiler. Mated to the stock bumper, this carbon lip spoiler adds some extra style to the front of the 911. The rear has a GT2 replica spoiler which is the entire decklid and wing. The gourney flap has been wrapped in carbon fiber to match the other accents on the vehicle The rear bumper features an add on carbon fiber finned rear diffuser. The side intercooler ducts have been modified like a GT2RS and then wrapped in carbon. The final touch is a pair of carbon fiber complete mirrors. All of these aero parts are by Agency Power.

The suspension has been slightly enhanced with a set of KW Variant 3 coilovers. These coilovers plug in to deactivate the stock suspension and then offer you fully independent rebound and compression adjustments. How it is set gives you a better then stock ride but when you push the car, it really performs because of the patented bump stop KW uses which acts like a 3rd spring. In addition to the coilovers which offer adjustable height, we have included the rear Agency Power adjustable sway bar. The 3 way adjustable 24mm sway bar is designed to give the AWD car a bit more oversteer. The car has been lowered about 1.5inches and then aligned to GT2 specs.

Finally we have the wheels on the car. These are the Agency Power Split 5 monoblock 1 piece forged wheels. The front is a 19x8.5 and the rear is a 19x11 with some aggressive offsets for a nice and flush stance. The are finished in a gloss black. The front wheel weighs about 24lbs and the rear about 27lbs. There is NO rubbing what so ever. The car has the OEM set of Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires on it which are 235/35/19 and 305/30/19 and have about 60-70% tread life. ***I also have the below pictured same wheels that have been custom painted chrome blue with black windows and brand new Toyo Proxes tires in stock sizes available. The new owner may pic 1 or the other to go with the car.

The car only has a ECU Flash on it for performance which takes the car from 530hp to 615hp. The exhaust and all other parts are stock. Since we do ECU Tuning with Softronic, this is done via the OBDII port and you can flash back to stock at anytime. The file is designed to work with both 91 and 93octane and drastically improves the performance over stock.

The car is a 10 out of 10 with perfect everything. I bought the car in January 2012 and have only put 1500 miles on the car. For anyone looking for a truly amazing Turbo S, this is the one!
