The car is in absolutely immaculate condition. Meticulously cared for and hand washed by me with top quality products. Always garaged when not in use. Car looks and smells brand new. The car has never been in for any service or required any repairs.

Only reason I am looking to get out of this lease is because I have another car on the way and no need for both. If you have never driven the X5 50i you must experience it to appreciate what a great car BMW has engineered. Massive torque available at all engine speeds and handles like a true BMW. The huge cargo space makes this car extremely versatile as well. Add a tow hitch and you have the best all around SAV!

Locals are welcome to look at the car in person to appreciate the condition. I am looking to recoup the $2K down I put on the car. Lease transfer fees will be buyer’s responsibility.

Typical BMW Lease Assumption process is as follows:
1. Once you have an interested buyer, you should call BMWNA and give them his contact info (email primarily).
2. BMWNA will send the credit application to the buyer, and someone needs to pickup the transfer fee which is $500. It's between you and the buyer, but it will show up on your next statement until it's paid off.
3. If the buyer is not approved, $400 will be refunded
4. If the buyer is approved, BMW will send the docs to both parties and those need to be signed and sent back
5. Once all docs are confirmed, BMW sends a confirmation email to both parties that the car can be transfered. At that point, the buyer assumes all responisbility for the car and payments.

Overall, it's a 2-3 week process on average, possibly shorter if both parties are very responsive..

Please contact me with any questions. Vehicle is located in NY.

Thanks!
