2006 Cayman S. 36k miles. 3rd owner. Was a CPO car until April of last year.. Majority of the miles have been commuting from SF to Mountain View (~40mi each way) and about a half-dozen trips between SF and LA..

Condition:
Car has always been parked in an indoor garage both at home and at the office.
Interior is in immaculate condition. Seats have little to no bolster wear.
Only incident was that the car was lightly backed into while parked in the parking structure at my office. Front drivers side fender was replaced and re-clearbra'd by Works Autobody in San Jose (arguably the best bodyshop in the Bay Area). Have records and photos of the incident if you're curious.
The only exterior blemishes on the car currently is 1) the front bumper has a 1" scratch next to the license plate. 2) the front splitters are a bit scuffed at the very bottom (not noticeable unless you bend down low).
Paint is in immaculate condition.. I regularly polish/wax the car.

Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport and have about 50% tread remaining
