To my fellow members: at best, this is ad is a waste of your time and at worst, is a scam of some sort. Yesterday, I reached an agreement to purchase this car at the seller's (not the OP's) asking price. When I asked for a copy of the title and wiring instructions, suddenly she had to think about selling the car and has now disappeared.
Ahmet is not the seller, he is a friend of the seller's and is perhaps totally innocent here while just trying to help a friend out, but either way, don't waste your time pursuing this car unless you want to pay in cash without a title.

I posted the ad for a friend, as she's not very fond of computers. I relayed the offer to her, she had a counter offer then wanted to sleep on it. She or the car has not disappeared, both here in Raleigh NC, where the car was originally purchased.
The asking price is $93k. That's the price where there would be a quick sale. An offer that was lower was submitted. She decided against it after taking a day to respond, despite earlier indicating that a deal may be reached at that price.
That's certainly annoying (to me as well), no question. That said, I'm a bit confused as to how the lack of email response on a Saturday indicates a scam of some sort. I provided a phone number which was not utilized through that day.

Traded in today, car no longer available privately. It's currently at Auto Park Land Rover. It'll be interesting to see if it stays there as the Porsche dealer is owned by the same group, and is across the street.
