So here is what the car came with from Fletcher Jones when I picked her up:
- She has about 6200 miles on her. The lease is a Four Year lease ending in September 2016. You get 40,000 miles or $.16 for any overages.
- She has never been tracked. No burn outs. No problems.
- Prepaid scheduled service has been purchased so that's included with the car. Had her oil changed at 3500 miles.
- There is an aftermarket stereo, but the headunit has not been modified and everything added is/was completely uninstallable and the car can be put back to stock (if you wish after getting her).
- I put $0 money down on the lease and got the car with a Money Factor of .00128 or 1.28 (depending on how you like to calculate it).
- Lease Payments are $1718.91 (which included San Diego, CA tax - so it will change if your local/state tax rate is different).
- I am willing to negotiate on what I want upfront for the car for the mods. But right now, my starting off point will be $25k. I am a reasonable person, and thus the faster you assume the lease, the more willing I am to negotiate. But if you think $25k is a lot, here is what you are getting in professionally installed mods (all modifications were professionally installed by ACG Automotive as well as Street Noyz in San Diego):
- HRE P40SCs Black Satin with Hankooks (255-30-20 and 305-25-20)
- Brand new, unused HRE S104s (satin black face/gloss black lip) (NO PICTURES AVAILABLE SINCE THEY WONT BE DONE FROM HRE UNTIL THIS WEEK - WEEK OF JULY 15TH)
- BOTH WHEELS ARE 20 x 9 (et25) and 20 x 11 (et35)
- Brabus Exhaust (includes remote to open and close valves)
- Resonator Delete (stock resonator will be included)
- KW Sleeve Kit
- Kleeman catless downpipes (stock downpipes will be included)
- Kleeman ecu
- MACarbon CF mirrors
- Brabus Front CF lip
- Brabus rear CF diffuser
- Full on stereo that's too long to list (but will provide upon request)
- Escort passport 9500ci
- AMG Door Pins
- Wheel Locks
And now for the pics:
Thanks but Mercedes specifically allows for it. The person has to fill out a credit app and get approved.

Because I wanted to and it made the car more enjoyable to drive.

Thanks! The M5 was sweet indeed. A different animal. I have a M3 coming to which I'm going to modify and then just leave the M5 stock. The CLS63 is phenomenal but fantastic deals emerged for the Beamers that I didn't want to turn down --- my monthly payment for both cars (in other words my combined payment) is only a little more than my CLS63 payment. I was ready for a change and opportunities arose that I wanted to jump on.
if you take the car before august 1st, you can have it for $0 upfront and just take over the lease!
bmw financial requires me to get rid of the car before taking over the m3 (since i just got a m5 this weekend) and so i cant have 3 car "loans" outstanding - otherwise they get worried that i am a prince from nigeria scamming people.

must...resist...temptation
Unfortunately, I don't think MBFS will be able to process the lease transfer quickly enough for you to be off the hook by August 1. I have taken over two Mercedes leases and both took three weeks.

Huh? The car was $117K new and after a four year lease the buyout is $109K? Am I missing something?
