I was also an interested party so the seller's friend who is handling the sale sent me a well done walk around video highlighting all the cosmetic flaws. Keep in mind this car was daily driven in SoCal for the last six years so its not cosmetically perfect, but overall I feel it's a very good buyer for someone at $73k. And honestly, I'd say there's only about $2k worth of minor cosmetic work at the most. Personally, I wanted something a little 'newer' so I opted to look closer at the 997.2 GT3 instead. But keep in mind the 997.2's are a minimum of $30k more. So in terms of value, this car is a no brainer as it's a one owner with clean history and no track time.

I look at these constantly and I can say with a fair degree of certainty that even with the cosmetic flaws, somewhere in the low $70's for an untracked '07 GT3 with no accidents, no mechanical issues, good maintenance history and reasonable mileage is a good buy.
But anyways, GLWS!

Well yeah anyone buying any type of car, especially something like a GT3, should fully examine it anyway prior to purchase via detailed pics, video, or in person. Doesn't that kind of go without saying, or were you implying something else? Nope. I just think the OP's ad is a bit misleading about the car's condition. That said, I think the OP is honest and open about the condition if you talk to him, so he's not trying to hide anything. I think he can save people the time by posting the video here though. I certainly would not have contacted the OP about the car if I knew the condition from the ad.
I sent the OP a PM the other day, no response
No worries as I'm not in rush at all. Heck I have my health department inspection coming up, so I wouldn't be able to seriously consider a purchase until that is over.
I'm local, so I wouldn't personally need to see the video, but I'm sure it would be very useful for others who aren't 20 mins away from Santa Monica.
It is a used car with 22K miles in LA, probably driven on the freeway with a lot of crap thrown at it daily. It is priced that way for a reason, if it was mint, it'll be priced that way. If cosmetic work is all that is needed, it'll still a great deal.
Drove it today.....
My friend is letting me take the car for a week while he is unavailable to show it if need be.
I now know why people own Porsche's. The GT3 is one of the best. It was a blast and the roar of the flat 6 makes you have to have the windows down. Loved it! Took Old Topanga from Santa Monica. Felt connected and stuck to the road. Amazing feedback from the car.
Anyone interested please send me a text at 818-231-7347.

FYI, when the ad says "daily driver" meaning that it lived in Santa Monica for 6+ years with car cover on and off. It was not freeway driven so there is NO hood/body rock road rash as some might expect. The paint is very clean other than the stuff the video shows such as the front bumper. I just clayed it and threw a coat of wax on it. It is super smooth.

Pics
By popular demand I've taken a bunch of shots to give the best perspective so there isn't any confusion about the condition.
