CPO car purchased at Porsche North Scottsdale
I purchased this car just over 3 years ago and have done many things to make it unique and crazy fun to drive. When I bought her she had 47K miles and was completely stock.
Alot of time and money later this car is a 700HP custom turbo that demands attention. Despite all the blood, sweat, tears and cash I have put into her I have put less than 8K miles.
I will attempt to list everything that makes this car what it is but I will most certainly leave some things out:
EXTERIOR:
Gemballa rear wing (HAVE ORIGINAL IN WORKING CONDITION)
GT2 look front bumper (HAVE ORIGINAL)
Matching seal grey hard top
black 18 inch TECHART wheels with michelin pilot sport tires
black 18 inch powder coated HRE’s with new Toyo R888’s
black convertible top
smoked tail lights and clear tinted side markers
new window tint on all glass (hard and soft top also)
INTERIOR:
Full black leather in excellent condition
Hard back, color matched sport seats
Pioneer head unit with I-pad connection and blue tooth connection (HAVE STOCK NAVI UNIT)
color matched center console (seal grey)
upgraded speakers and amplifiers
white gauges
turbo script shifter
996 turbo UltimateMotorWerks (UMW) 2C+ turbos/system:
This system was designed and built by arguably the best turbo builder in the US and the only one that Porsche trusts to rebuild it's factory 959 and 962 turbos. The Turbo is a reworked K24 hotside that can spin faster and more efficiently. The compressor side is UltimateMotorWerks (UMW) infamous proprietary Zero Clearanced K26 housing stuffed with a Porsche GT2 type impeller wheel. Zero Clearance is a process that effectively creates a wear path between the compressor wheel and the housing that significantly reduces the clearance between the impeller and the housing to a fraction of what a normal Turbo has, dramatically increasing the efficiency of the turbo over almost any turbo on the market.
In comparison, UMW's smallest kit the K16 based Stage2 produced enough power at sea level that it lifted the front wheels off the ground on an otherwise stock AWD 996 turbo during launch (using high octane fuel and profile). UMW/Kevin's tuning is legendary for being among the best in the industry.
The set up includes:
UMW Zero Clearance K24/26 with Porsche GT2 type compressor
UMW 1 bar Wastegates
UMW Intake Plenum and Intake Hoses, clamps
UMW Fuel Injectors
UMW Modified Fuel Rails
UMW FPR
UMW Fuel Filter
UMW Braided Fuel Filter Hose
UMW CF Intake
UMW Custom MAF
UMW DME Code/Profile Loader and Cable
Ported Headers
Fab speed exhaust (I have run three different exhaust and this one is by far the best)
Drivetrain:
996 GT3 cup car tranny with taller steel cut gears ($20K+) built by Bill Radar out of Vegas. He builds the trannys for porsche racing.
carbonetics limited slip differential
6 speed manual with B&M short shifter
evoms stage 2 clutch with light weight fly wheel
GT2 slave conversion
KW3 variant coilover suspension
***This set up allows for quick easy shifts and eliminates the notchy 1-2 shift that all turbos have. This is how these cars should of come from the factory. If you have ever driven a stock turbo you will love the way this feels and know what I mean.
I also have all the original parts; turbos, fuel rails, injectors, headers, exhaust etc. which I will include at the right price
This car runs very smooth, no check engine lights or other lights ever! Burns almost no oil compared to a normal 911TT, all service is up to date and I have had zero issues.
PM me with your email and I can send some videos.
Thank you, Scott
PM me with your email if you'd like and I can send video or more pics.

Guys, this car is owned by a good friend of mine, and I just want to say that if you are looking for a very, very quick 996tt this is it. Literally no comparison to any other Porsche turbo I have ever driven. It is feels substantially quicker than the 997tt EVO 700 he is buying as the replacemnet for this car. when I run with it in my car, it puts like 10 lengths on me in no time, which is really shocking given how well sorted my turbo is. It also runs without any hickups whatsoever, as it was basically customed tuned through about 6 excruciating rounds of durametric datalogging and email tune tweaking from UMW.
I love the tranny! It cures the only real drawback on these cars. You can shift it fast and first gear is no longer useless. No cosemtic issues at all. I'm not into the massive wing but you get the stock one as well.
If I had wanted a cab this listing would not exist because I would have purchased the car.
