Nice truck at a very fair price. I think the fact that it was serviced the entire time you've had it at a Porsche dealership says a lot.

I see on the title that next to the mileage it says N F and S. So if I read the legend correctly that means N= not actual mileage, F= Flood damage, S= Salvage. So this car has all three it seems - am I reading that right?

Yes, correct. Any flood will also be salvage, those go hand in hand. Whenever a car is sold at auction, my understanding, they also add Not Actual Mileage. If you check the carfax/service history you can see the mileage was never in question, based on service records and inspections etc.
