The GT350R laps the 'Ring in 7:32.19, quicker than the 991 GT3 RS. That is serious performance in anybody's book. No, it's not a Porsche. $69k MSRP
The standard GT350 is a little slower, but only costs $55k, including the track pack. With the magnetic shocks, ride is nice and that engine has a magical howl that really raises the goosebumps.

Most have been selling 95-105K depending on color and options. At least according to the hardcore mustang guys around me. There are some serious track cars that you can buy in that range though. 2015 and it would be 40K more easy though.

That is not an official website by any stretch. The GT350(R) doesn't have a published 'Ring time and the 991 GT3 RS is a Porsche claimed 7:20. The 997 GT3 RS is supposedly 7:33.
A 991 GT3 RS will lap MRLS within a second of a C7 Z06. A GT350R beat the Gen5 Z/28 at Chuckwilla by over a second. There is still a sizable gap between the two.

This Mustang is dope! I can't wait to see what special edition Mustang they come out with next! Bullit, GT500, Boss 302, SVT's...
I'm going to have to save up, sell my GT-R, a couple other cars and cash out some stocks...but still holding out for the next one...keeping fingers crossed that Ford brings back the Eddie Bauer Limited Editions!!! Maybe cross that with a Eddie Baur Saleen Cobra R ! Now that would be worth the $$$,$$$
Sidenote, one will be at private track rental at Mid-Ohio in a couple weeks...can't wait to get a ride!
