powderjay looks awesome but guessing by your comments you want way more. Pricing on 996tt's is funny, HUGE variation depending on who you buy it from. I saw one with 14k miles sell for 44k two days ago. Another with 20k miles sold for $41k, the list goes on and on. I have also seen a ton of cars overpriced in the 50's due to all the media coverage talking about how good of a deal they are. Not to start a holy war but pricing in the 50's for a 996 makes it a non-starter for me would just buy a 997 in that case.

Even at conservative pricing, Ive never seen an S, let alone an X50, for under 45k with the mileage and documentation requested.
