Whew - thanks for your input.
What would you think would be a good price. I thought I was in the correct neighborhood.
I would like to sell it sooner rather than later.
Thanks again,
Doug

The problem was that from late 2003 going into 2004 they were giving big dollars off 4k incentive for prior pcar owners and then I got 10k off so I paid 69k for an 83k sticker car..
I think the right buyer will go the 59k as full retail is probably 64k vs a trade in value of 51k all this is according to KBB which is always a little high..I think you move the car quick in the mid 50's 56-57.5k

is this a "corporate demo" car or a porsche driving experience car? i know that len stoler in reisterstown often has lapis blue w/ full aero 911's that they sell at the 6,000 mile mark that were used for the pde. i was interested in one they had and they tried to pull the "demo" story on me, i finally got out of them that they were pde cars, so i decided to pass because i wasnt sure how abused the car was. these cars also had there brakes and tires replaced. not trying to bust your ***** but if that is the case it should probably be disclosed.
Yes, this was a PDE car that I purchased from Brandywine Porsche. The important thing to me is that is was an instructor car, NOT a student car.
I was not trying to hide that, I just didn't think to put it as part of the description.
I have had it for almost two years with no PDE effects on it. Since I had it is has been kinda pampered, so maybe that has evened things out??
When I bought it, I was not to concerned about the PDE since it came with the extended warrenty and it was an instructor car. I was also confident that it was well maintained while with PDE folks.
I do beleive that Len Stoler cars were the student cars, though not 100% sure. I would never consider buying a studen PDE car, even with the warrenrty.
For the 2003 PDE cars, the Lapis Blue ones were the Instructor cars whereas the student cars were a silver.
I hope that clears up how I got the extended warrenty as well as the history of this vehichle.
It was/is a great 911 for me and I am 100% confident it will be an great 911 for the next owner as well.
When I bought it, I knew it would only be for about two years. I planned on selling it just prior starting tuition payments for my son. He graduates High School this year and is going away to college this summer.
On the bright side, in about six years when he done with school, I will have no reason not to get a Turbo Cab!!
