I agree, It is the most info I've found as well. Originally Posted by 99Problems

I'm sure if a # isn't taken and certain customers place an order requesting that exact # that could also account for some out of sequence # plaques.
Of the (2) 6spd manuals produced here is the other one if your interested (013). Interesting that both are in the US.

Again, good luck with the sale, wish I was in a position to pick it up.

Thanks GT3 Chuck for the assist in getting SirFer pointed in the right direction.
Sunday evening bump and price adjustment. Had several people express interest but no finalized deal just yet. Adjusted price based on what I'm seeing out there, so now asking $82,000.

Hi Branjk, visitor message replied to. SirFer has made an offer and I've accepted, but no money has yet changed hands, so in the event the sale falls through for some unforeseen reason, I'll PM you and let you know.Originally Posted by branjk

Glad to hear! Hope the new owner is aware of how rare this beast is.
Can you tell us if it will stay in California???

Very much aware!! The car is going to get a bit of a change in scenery. It’s coming to live with me here in Sarasota, FL. Can’t even begin to describe my excitement. The week or so that it’s on a transport truck headed here is going to feel like the longest week ever.Originally Posted by Skyefall003

curious who you are using for transport. I may have a similar need to go from California to Florida.Originally Posted by SirFer

SirFer beat me to it! Once we get transport date locked down I'm going to give her one last detail and coating so she should arrive in gleaming condition!

Congrats on the purchase!!! I would have loved to trade my ASM2 CE for the manual CE but glad it went to a good home! Originally Posted by SirFer

It has actually pushed me to buy an older 4.3 manual for track days and such sometime later this year. This should help me preserve the CE a bit as it will likely go up in value due to the rarity.
I hope the best for your transport...that would scare the living daylights out me to have it shipped. I drove mine home after the purchase but the distance was much less...Newport Beach to Sacramento...was an awesome way to introduce myself to the car. I probably drove it at a higher speed the first day of ownership on a long straight stretch of HWY 5 than I ever will again.

Again, Congrats on your new baby!
