Up for sale is my 2002 Porsche 996 GT2 Turbo. The interior is in really good condition and has no rips or tears. It has the suede headliner and smells new, AC blows cold and heat works perfect. Exterior wise the front bumper has some rock chips. The car holds a salvage title but I purchased it already repaired as a fully running and functioning car from the previous owner. I started down the road of modifying it but I just sold my house, closing July 8th, and am downsizing to an apartment. With having too many cars as it is and no room to work on it she has to go. Currently the car is not running because I took the original turbos off along with the exhaust to replace them with some upgraded ones and never got around to it. Things that need to be completed to get the car back up and running:
-Re install factory original turbos and factory exhaust - included
-Install new brake pads, new stainless braided brake lines, and fluid - all included
-Replace all other fluids - not included
Here is a list of modifications that it has and a few new parts I was adding:
-Brand New18" VS Fully Forged Lightweight wheels, literally half the weight of the original wheels Zero miles $2600
-Brand New Falken Azenis RT615 K+ tires 235/40/18 Front 315/30/18 Rear Zero miles $1200
-Brand New Racing Brake 2 Piece Steel Rotor Kit with aluminum hats Front and Rear Zero miles $3500
-GMG Stainless GT2 Sport Headers, existing when I purchased car and cost around $1500
-Carbon fiber turbo inlet pipes, existing when I purchased car and cost around $2,500
-Samco boost hoses, existing when I purchased car and cost around $500
I do not have any of the original parts that were replaced and that includes the wheels and the carbon disc brakes. Car is sold being sold AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied. The car is not perfect but it is a BEAST and gets plenty of attention on the road and in parking lots. This is your chance to own one of only 2500 cars imported to this country at a fraction of the cost.
$40,000 or best offer

Reason: Changing title
Please pm me or post here what the story with the title is. Also have you ever had this car running? Has there been a compression test on the motor to insure no damage?
When I bought the car I was told it was in a frontal collision. I never felt the need to do a compression check because I drove it for many miles without issue.
I’m located in Laguna Niguel, Ca. The car is titled in California under non operation so there is zero back fees. The title is in my name and I have it in hand. The turbos are stock and so is the exhaust with the cats attached so there should be no problem passing California smog. You may want to throw some black paint over the shiny headers so they look stock to the smog check station.
