Thanks...Car does look great and remains an awesome machine. Continues to turn heads here in Narragansett. Diagnosis confirmed a bent valve spring on one of the cylinders. I was told a freak occurrence due to a catalytic converter malfunction. Miller/Aston chose to replace the engine rather than risk repair to valve/engine and have subsequent issue. Not only was engine replaced,,,but also clutch, catalytic converters, coolant change, AC re-charge, and four wheel alignment. My adviser stated that this would be a $75K bill if not for the warranty!
Note also as part of an impending sale, I would have the car annual service complete, at my expense (about $2.5K) plus I would spring for new brake pads if necessary (about $2K). Also any warranty issues would be resolved prior to sale! This car has been so fantastic that I would want the new owner to get off on the right foot and have a worry free experience.
