For Sale: 2019 X7 5.0 - M Sport Package - ASKING PRICE is $96,500 ($112,975 MSRP)

[In the interest of time, I'm listing without pics; though, I intend to post pics in the next few days, weather permitting.]

I'm selling a like-new, "showroom" condition xDr5.0i X7. I purchased the X7 for my wife, but, after driving the vehicle a handful of times, she stated that she simply doesn't feel comfortable driving SUV's (this is the 3rd time I've made a run at attempting to get her to drive an SUV, for safety)--she prefers sedans. The vehicle has approximatley 200 miles -- a few trips to dealer (license plat pick-up and Appearance Protection application) and few trips to pick-up/drop off son from school. The X7 is located in Dallas and has been garaged--it wasn't involved in any of the Dallas storms that hit during the last few months. No issues-- it has not been returned to dealer for warranty work and no remediation/reconditoining of any sort has been performed. To my knowledge, there are no defects on the exterior paint, and the interior even still has the protective plastic covering on guage clusters, etc.

Upon delivery, I had the dealer (BMW of Dallas) install 2 items, which I purchased from IND Distribution: 1) BMW M Performance G07 X7 Front Grille - Gloss Black (w/ Ceramic Pro Coat); 2) Painted (BSM) Front Reflector Set (w/ Ceramic Pro Coat)

Upholstery: Ivory White Extended Merino Leather ($1,000)

Trim: (Ind) Piano Finish Black Trim ($1,080)

I intended to keep the vehicle for serval years, so I fully-warrantied as much as practical. Some of these items will be conveyed to new Buyer at no charge, other itmes, if the Buyer would like, I can convey at my pro-rated cost (which I would, otherwise, receive a refund for). A list of these items is below:

- Tire and Wheel - 60-months - this can be conveyed for remaining, pro-rata cost of ~$2,340 (it's refundable to me, on a pro rated basis)

- BMW Ultimate Care Plus (this is the extended maintenance plan; adds certain wear & tear parts, covers all factory required maintenance) - 60 months/75k miles - I paid $2,500, but it is non-refundable, so will convey with the X7 for no charge (assuming its permitted by dealer)

- Appearance Protection (interior and exterior; vehicle has already been treated) - 84 months - I paid $829, but it is non-refuncable, so will convey with the X7 for no charge

- BMW/CPO Extended Vehicle Protect - 84 months/75k miles - this can be conveyed for remaining, pro-rata cost of ~$3,775 (it's refundable to me, on a pro rated basis)

Pre-buy Inspections are welcome. The closest BMW dealer is BMW of Dallas.
