Let me start by saying what all 911TT owners say – I love this car!! But another impending purchase requires me to let this one go. This car is beautiful and its OEM Polar Silver finish shines nicely – it has thousands in extras and has a great maintenance history with common service items resolved. It has a spotless Carfax with zero accidents. It starts, shifts and runs flawlessly and has somewhere around 550-575 crank HP. Stock 911TT with X50 is 450hp. The Cobb Pro Tune coupled with the Tubi exhaust system take it up another 25-30%. I’ve never bothered putting it on a dyno to get exact. Its very fast yet very easy to drive daily if that's your desire.

It has a clean and clear Tennessee title and 72,179 miles. I bought this car from a friend who is an officer on the Porsche Club of America and is a fanatic like me in terms of how to treat and care for these cars. I have scoured the marketplace before establishing my price and know what it is worth. The Turbos have continually appreciated and there is no reason to believe they will slow down any time soon. I have lowered the price to a firm $46,000 and feel this is quite fair especially given the thousands in mods and the fact that a buyer wont need to replace the common repair items. · Champion Motorsports 19” RS97 Forged Monolite wheels; look much better than the OEM 18”, theyre light and durable - over $4,000

· Upgraded Rennkit Electric spoiler/wing Actuators (hydraulics always fail on these cars) $1,800

· Upgraded 997 rear wing (Looks more aggressive and a more proper fit for the car) $850

· Pro Cobb Tune and Cobb Accessport is included with OBD cable. This interface can be used for code clearing, more tuning, valet mode, engine diagnostics and real time gauges and performance data - over $1000. Tune was completed last year and also include pressure testing the intake system. At that time they did replace two A/F sensors, F Pipe hose, several PCV hoses and repaired an exhaust leak.
