I am Reluctantly selling my 2001 996 Turbo. I do not want to sell the car but I could use the money for a business opportunity. The car was built with all the best parts available and all the mods were done at 38,500 miles. The car makes 700hp at the crank and 630AWHP on Tial Sport 3076 turbo's. It was tuned by Todd at Protomotive on 94 octane at 1.25 BAR and utilizes a Aquamist HFS-3 Methanol injection system with the gauge mounted inside the glove box.
The car hits full boost around 3800RPM and has a redline of 7300.

It is an incredibly clean car inside and out, the entire front end is covered in 3M including the Aero spoiler. It has always been taken care of and maintained properly and accordingly. I have all the records for the modifications done at Alpine Autowerks.

All the typical 996 turbo problems have all been solved or addressed as a preventative measure, such as:

-The Coolant spider has been welded (pictured)
-2nd gear pop-out addressed before it even happened once with the G-box detent
-The hydraulic struts for the wing and still in perfect working order
-The clutch Slave cylinder has been replaced by a brand new GT2 unit.

It stops on a dime with the Stoptech BBK and has almost new pads upfront. One part especially worth mentioning is the exhaust. The Unobtanium welded custom exhaust is truly a work of art, I've never seen better quality fabrication in my life. It was designed to have the same double ring look as the OEM exhaust as well. The car pulls hard in every gear and still maintains a completely stock feel while driving around town. The clutch is only slightly stiffer than stock. I also have all of the stock parts for the car with the exception of the stock turbos.

The car is originally a US car from Maryland and was imported to Canada in 2006. It currently resides in Calgary Alberta and I am more the happy to assist a US buyer with delivery. A US buyer will not have to pay GST upon import at the border because it was already paid when it was originally bought in the US.
