Oil change was also just completed at 16k miles. Tires in front are good. The rear are in the "yellow". It has Michelin 4s tires on it right now.
Car has just over 17k miles so I put down 18k to accommodate any miles driven until sold.
Brand new windshield.
Car has clear bra on front end half-way up the hood
Car is all stock - no modifications whatsoever.
I have both sets of keys for the car including all the books and original window sticker.
