This is a real opportunity. This car was bought back from Porsche for an engine change.
Car has a new engine and is under warranty from porsche (12k miles or 1 year). So you buying a 2015 gt3 with a new engine AND under warranty from Porsche.
Car drives and runs great. Selling because I am looking for a Huracan or 458. Title is with the bank.

Its a 3.8. I am attaching the carfax report.
Car had no accidents. According to carfax I am the 3rd owner but the 2nd owner was Porsche that had to get the car back and put a new engine on it so I am the actual 2nd owner of the car.
And as you can see Porsche put the engine and tested for 3000 miles to make sure everything was working before selling it.

So its a "lemon law title". Those are tricky in some states. You have any actual pictures instead of just the auction pictures?

Since Porsche had to purchase the car back to put a new engine on they were obligated by law to brand the title.
Don't know how this would be tricky for some states. I know here in Florida and California (where this car was purchased) is fine. Also was able to finance it.

I am negotiating a Huracan here locally so if everything goes according to plan I need the cash asap.
Also I think the price is right for a quick sale taking in consideration the branded title.
