Well cared for and meticulously modified 996 Turbo. Here we go again, I owned and built this car and then sold it 2017 on this forum. I then bought it back in 2021. Now I am selling again. Sorry, we just dont have any curvy roads here in Louisiana... Car currently has 39,546 original miles and most of the upgrades below were done within the last 8,000 miles and all by me. This is not a hacked up mod job and the car could be returned to stock with ease if desired (but why?). Car is ironed out and drives like a dream.Todd with Protomotive has tuned the car conservatively to protect the internals and it still pulls like a freight train. I am 55 years old and have been building cars all of my life in my spare time. I am meticulous and can build a car with the quality of any of the high end shops. The Bad:
- When I sold the car the first time someone that was not well trained buffed the car. He burned through the paint on two quarter sized spots on the front fender. I am sure that this could be touched up by the right person, I just have not had it done.
- The hood and front bumper were resprayed prior to my ownership by the original owner due to rock chips
- Winshield has a few chips
