Looking to trade my FVD Export exhaust with cat bypass for a race or loud ver. exhaust, love this exahsut and its not quiet by any means, just wanted somethign different, and im taking my FVD race pipes off.

Do you have a sound clip of the exhaust system ? I have the Fabspeed Super Sport Gt2 exhaust with 100cells cats. It is so loud that my wife can hear me 5 miles ahead ! I want something more quiet. Maybe you want to trade...

 

Yes i have some sound clips, i mean the FVD sounds amazing, you cant hear the turbo's spooling but it does sound like just porsche mechanics working at its best, i love it but wanted something a bit louder.

I wonder how the super sport exhaust compares to the FVD race pipes sound wise, because witht he race pipes i honestly cannot enjoy the car anymore or take it out for a nice cruise, its obnoxious

 

If you can believe it, the Fabspeed SS resonates MORE than the FVD race pipes! I have had both on my car...

Fabspeed is Loud... but it is acceptable. However, it is loud, and loud , and loud ...

 

O man, I put the race pipes on the car and it is beyound loud....I love how I can hear the turbos spooling up but I didnt think it'd be so damn loud in low rpms. I know if I dont take it off, I will either get pulled over or **** off my neighbors. I'm gonna be taking them off too and putting my Cargraphic loud exhaust back on.

 

LOL i told you man, listen i put the FVD back on, all i have to say is im in love with my car again, the way a porsche is suppose to sound. Gurgley, aggressive and mechanical, mys hop said your crazy to me, they said you can hear the turbo's from the outside as well when the revs are dropping, so im extremely happy!

NO BS, i feel the car has 10x better throttle response, is faster and smoother with cat bypass and fvd exhaust on, i dont know what it is, but im so happy

How do you like the Cargraphic? Thinking of getting that or the EvoMilltek.

 

I really like it, it's got an aggressive sound as you begin to move up in the RPMs but it's somewhat subtle on low RPMs. I got a lot compliments on the exhaust from random people around town. The seller had the Caragraphic on the car when I bought it. I didn't realize how much louder the race pipes were gonna be compared to the exhaust. I did notice the turbos spooling up faster and had a little bit more power from the race pipes.

 

What funny is, i hear my turbo's spooling now, nowhere near as loud as race pipes, but you can hear them from the outside and in top gear under heavy load on the inside..

Also some people cna argue and maybe its stupid of me to say, but honest to god, throttle response, power and smoothness has greatly increased putting my fvd back on, it feels 10x faster and feels like it pulls harder, its weird!
