Assume 2006 E55 lease, $950/month
A friend is looking to get out of his lease; the car is a like new 2006 E55, Irridium Silver with solid Charcoal interior. The options are Premium Pano Package, Lighting Package, Keyless Go, and Electric Trunk Closer, MSRP was $91,055. The car is flawless, no scratches, dings, chips, interior looks brand new and smells brand new.
He leased the car under the special March/April E55 lease special, here are the lease specifics:
39 months, 10k miles a year. Car was leased in April, 36 months remaining, car has approximately 1270 miles. Payments are $950/month including tax, he put $5200 down (the money factor for this lease cannot be duplicated again, .00125 or 3%, residual is 58%). In order to assume the lease you will need to have tier 1 credit, ie 700+ beacon score + put $4400 down. Included with the car is a set of brand new OEM Continental Sport Tires, he put Michelin PS2’s (much smoother ride and no flat spotting) on the car when he leased it. If you wanted a similar lease on an identical car today (will be difficult E55’s are out of production), even with a $10k discount and $4000 down, your payments would be around $1200-$1300/month (that’s if you can get the money factor at buy rate .00380 or 9.12%, current residual is for this term is 55%). Pictures available upon request, car is located in Boca Raton, Florida. Email or pm if interested.
