FS: 2004 Subaru wrx STi - Very Low Mileage, Adult Owned, CA car

Ok, i'm tired of waiting for kids on the subie forums to get their financing together so before I put it on ebay, figured I would share it here. No reasonable offer refused

Very low mileage, Adult Owned, California Car

Adult owned. I purchased it with 1000 miles on it last April in San Bruno, CA (Peninsula) from an older gentleman who collected rare import cars (well the dealer convinced him they would never bring the STi to the US again). He sold it to me in order to make his wife happy and remodel their house several months later.

Car is a CA car with current registration up in Oct. ’06. I personally loaded and brought it on covered trailer when I decided to bring the car from SF Bay Area to Phoenix while I’ve been working with local clients for my company the past few months. CAR IS CURRENTLY GARAGED AT MY HOME IN PHOENIX

• All maintenance performed by the master tech from Carlsen Subaru in Redwood City, CA
• Oil Changed every 3-4k miles (5w30 Mobil 1 synthetic after 6k & Amsoil during the summer)
• Car is still under Factory 3yr/36k warranty
• Java Black Pearl Metallic Exterior
• 22,500 Miles
• Interior is 9.5/10, still has new car smell since this is my weekend car.
• Exterior 9.5/10, full Zymol detail every other week
• Engine is 100% stock and has never been touched.
• Lo-Jack factory installed
• Subaru boost gauge factory installed
• Car has always had a garage to go home to, well cared for, and still has original showroom tires with plenty of tread (~40%).

Only modifications include Cobb springs, rear sway bar, end links, Whiteline urethane steering rack bushings, Goodridge SS brakelines, and a borla catback exhaust (roughly $1500). All professionally installed and in good taste to dial out factory understeer.

As you know the 2004 STi did not come with a stereo from the factory. I had the following professionally installed: Focal component speakers in all 4 doors and a Pioneer CD/ MP3 deck (DEH-P7700). I will be taking the small sub box and both amps out so you will need to provide your own amp for the door speakers or hook them up to the deck. I will leave the deck, door speakers, their crossovers, and all cabling intact for my asking price. The system is tasteful and sounds phenomenal. (roughly $1200)

Special forum Asking: $25k! no lowballers! everyone is telling me i should be asking 26k for this! KIDS, HAVE YOUR FINANCING READY OR DONT BOTHER CALLING!!!!

(This is one of the lowest mileage 04, lowest private-party priced STi's that is still immaculate...The car has been driven properly only on weekends and a few DE's, but not beat on, raced or riced out ever! Make an offer! I need to sell fast .

I wish I didn't feel like the beast from beauty and the beast in it, I'd grab it from you as a fun snow runner. Good luck for sure though.
