996TT AWE exhaust

Complete AWE exhaust. Approx 2000 miles of use. If your car is used on the street, this is the right system for you. It has the 300 cell cats so you will pass emissions and not trigger a CEL. It uses your stock tips. $3000.

More info on AWE's site:

OCTurbo is infamous around these parts
How much louder is the awe tunning exhaust than stock? I'm worried that there isn't much difference in the sound b/w awe and stock (except the hp!). I'm looking for a louder exhaust than stock, but don't want to have cel problems. Do people with 100 cell cats commonly have problems with the cel?

RESQ911- Thanks. It is a great setup.

jbpricemd- It is louder than stock for sure. It is not too loud as to annoy the neighbors where I live (small community away from the city). Check out the videos in the link above. They may give you some idea. I understand that CELs are not uncommon with the 100 cell cats, that's why I went with the 300s. Less than a 3hp difference, so why not?

I have one with 100 cell cats, no problems and it sounds good. not loud at all. I live in NJ if you want to hear it or drive in it.

The asking price is $800 less than a new one, which will be identical to this one after a few miles. Also, I am thinking about reinstalling it. I was going to sell my 996TT but had a change of heart.
