Get bumper plugs! The car is too nice to hang a plate up front.

There is benefit to having an obvious excuse for a fix-it ticket. More than once I have been pulled over for a ticketable offense and after a positive interaction with the officer, he let me off with a front license fix-it ticket instead. Sometimes they can't just let you off with warning and this is something that helps both officer and offender in such a situation.

Well then it sounds like you have a good thing going. Why in the world would you fix it?
