You must have a great relationship with your dealer. Here in AZ, Scottsdale Porsche is selling their GT3's (Non RS) for $25k over and getting it (From their loyal clients). Not many selling for MSRP anywhere else either. This is the lowest priced advertised GT3 I have ever seen.

A GT3 selling at list price? Amazing. Somebody should get this if they can. I am probably 12-18 months away from something like that though, so I can only dream right now.

Champion Porsche sold ALL GT3's at sticker (Pretty sure) and ALL BUT 1 GT3RS at sticker (A guy came in, had to have the car and offered the owner's son 35K over for what was going to be his personal car).
These are two major dealers and there is plenty of demand for them down here to command more, I think they just finally learned its better to keep their reputation...
